The King's Scout Award (Anugerah Pengakap Raja) is the highest award in the Scout Association of Malaysia. The King's Scout Certificate is signed by the DYMM Yang Di-Pertuan Agong of Malaysia as well as the other 8 State Rulers (Sultan) of Malaysia. This King's Scout Award has the same level as Eagle Scout in the United States, Queen's Scout in the United Kingdom, Australia, Kanada & New Zealand, President's Scout in Singapore and Tiger Scout in Korea.

In order to be qualified for the King's Scout Award, one must :

1. Go through training.

2. Achieve the required badges in the badge progression scheme of Junior Scout (Pengakap Muda) & Senior Scout (Pengakap Remaja).

3. Pass the Pre-King's Scout Assessment Camp (Ujian Sikap Pengakap Raja)  & King's Scout Assessment Camp (Perkhemahan Penarafan Pengakap Raja).
